No better month than February to stage a play about love. Ugomma is a romantic drama co-directed by Precious Anyanwu and Ikenna Jude Okpala.
Ugomma, our eponymous heroine, has to choose between Ezeibe, her husband, and Ochudo, her lover. Ezeibe’s hold on her dates back to the day they were born, from birth she felt it is her destiny to marry him. But, in spite of culture and tradition, she is attracted to Ochudo. How far will Ugomma go for love?
Ugonma will to be staged at: Venue: Terra Kulture, Victoria Island.
