A new phase of Vision of the Child (VoTC) project tagged “Sisi-Eko@50 Experience (SE@50)” has been declared opened to the public from the 8th of March. It will run for a period of 50 days.
According to the Project Director, Foluke George, the new phase is designed to engage the public on the prevailing styles in Lagos in the 50s and 60s. The procedure includes creation of Sisi-Eko styles in the 50s and 60s., Pictures are then taken and uploaded on Facebook, Twitter or Instagram page with full name of participants. The post is to be hashtag as #VOTC2016 and #MySisiEkoAt50Experience.
The most liked picture will attract different but impressive prizes from VOTC. The reward packages include free Airtime, Laptops, Tablets and Hair Dryers, a short Beauty Course at a recognized Beauty Institute in Lagos, free dinner tickets to attend Lagos@50-VoTC Dinner and Award gala with the Lagos State Governor in attendance, and many more prizes.
