The event started with a cocktail reception with Wura Samba treating the crowd to good music and energetic African sounds. Then event proper kicked off when the crowd moved on to a more larger space where the main stage is and it was a roller coaster of amazing performances, starting with Fola best,to the Squad One group(a all female traditional group) and later Sound sultan and wrapping the festival up was the legendary Masked one himself “Lagbaja” aka  “Omo baba mu’ko mu’ko”. The Afro-Beat artiste brought out everyone jumping and screaming with tunes that refreshes one’s memory on what great music is all about.
